My "guilty pleasure" is definitely chocolate (especially dark chocolate) and cookies which I bake myself. What about you?

I have been doing a really restrictive diet and have lost 15 pounds in 21 days. It is a 21 day fast where you eliminate sugar, white flour, preservatives, sweeteners, caffeine, dairy, and animal products. It is kind of like a vegan way of eating but slightly more restrictive. It is called "Daniel Fast diet" and it really works and really gives you a more energetic and healthy feeling. I am on my second 21 days. I am not doing it in the spiritual sense of the fast, just heard it targets that stubborn belly fat -- so far so good!

I think that my favorite summer time fruit would have to be peaches. I do like a good juicy peach. I only buy peaches when they are in season and always buy local.
