We have all been saying that there has been a very sudden influx of new member. Not that I have seen any older Toluna members complaining about this far from it I know that I have welcomed new members and I have seen some other people welcoming them too. But where did they come from. I have joined Facebook this week, I know I am probably the last person on this planet to join but there was a link for free product testing which I joined. This website then directs you to Toluna saying that you will be able to product test. It only later says that you may be chosen but this I think also answers the question that a lot of newbies have been asking about where do you get the free products from. I just thought I would share what I had found with you all. Angharad x

It seems toluna has changed into a popularity contest , I did not come to be popular I came to give and recieve opinions !! Everything seems to have got complicated , I am adverse to change but this is me but the site seems to have gotten more complex and harder in my opinion Help , I want the old toluna back !! What do you think about the changes ? I liked it better how it was before and now I am confused , I suppose I will get used to it , but I do not want to if it is a popularity contest !!

Well it has been about a week now since then changes have come into place here at Toluna. Now we have all had time to adjust what do we think? Has it been a good or bad thing? I have seen some members reporting getting bonus points for usefulness votes around 2500 points which is great news for those who have received them. But what about the changes in general. It does seem as if they listen a little as they changes the ruling for the popularity contest but are we happy or not with the new system? I have got used to the new layout I am yet to see about the points yet - will know when they award the points on the monthly basis.
