For any business to be successful there are a number of different things and I don't think any one thing is more important than the others. You have to have experience relevant to the industry, you need to have great managers, you need to get the right sales staff and back office staff, you need to have someone who knows how to do the book keeping, follow up debitors and deal with creditors. You need to have a realistic and well designed business plan with goals, timeframes and deadlines. The most important thing is to set the company up properly, knowing your market, your competitors, your business plan etc.

This is a matter that can come to a number of conclusions of which many are not either right or wrong. It is just plainly a matter of opinion and I think all points of view should be understood and well respected as only one view may not be necessarily be right and everyone has the right to say and express their own opinions. This matter may be talked about for a while and I think that there will be no rapid conclusions from just one person's opinions. I believe that a number of things do affect the conclusion and my belief and therefore my opinion may be a little biased to what I think matters. I believe that they are great.
