Is there any way of banning idiots from posting on your own opinions?

This guy has posted on two of mine and on both occasions either hasn't bothered to read my opinion properly or doesn't have the brain power to understand. Susequently he's got all hot and bothered for no real reason as I wasn't refering to him. That is unless he's one of these people who sets up polls that are totally wrong. Maybe he thinks the moon is made of cheese or the world flat or something..?

Is there any way of blocking this person from posting again?

Perhaps Toluna could allow users to block other users for 100 points or something...?
