I am sick and tired of companies who provide appauling service to their loyal customers, they are mostly rude, unhelpful, do not know their product and really don't seem to give a damn. They seem happy to sell their products. But pray that nothing goes wrong with your item; a prime example; MFI staff huddled around a PC instore playing Solitare, you approach to ask for help, the store is empty of customers 'We are too busy to see you today, you will need to book an appointment and come back!'

Yes they should, especailly the summer holidays should be cut down to at least 2 or 3 weeks. 6 weeks is far too long.

In a selfish manner I would say yes but this is because of the inconvenience that it causes at work however, my daughter who is 6 years old gets absolutely knackered, she does need to have a break otherwise we suffer at the hands of her stroppy behaviour! Think yourselves back to when you were a child. Would you have wanted these breaks to be reduced? I bet most of us would say no.
