whats the best sleeping postion

i think sleeping on your back is the best but its difficult to stay in that position the entire night

the best is to lie flat on the stomach, I slept that way since i was born

i always sleep on my front, i find it more comfortable, no snoring lol

its best to be on your left side as it doesn`t put as much pressure on your heart. it also stops snoring.

To avoid lines and wrinkles on your face always try to sleep on your back. The wrinkles easily bounce back in your early years but leave an impression more easiliy later on in life !!
