 | | | | is this feedback useful?Author's rating | | by Zoearcher on 29/03/2008 | | Yes it is definitely right that the smoking age has gone up.You shouldnt be smoking anyway. It is extremely bad for you and so hopefully this gap of two years will help you to rethink what you are doing. How can you suffer without a cigarette.? You are suffering when you are smoking the cigarette, not the other way around. It is fair that you cannot smoke in public. When you smoke in front of a non smoker you are increasing their risk of giving them lung cancer and other life threatening diseases. Is that fair?? | | | 1 people found this opinion useful | | 1 people found this opinion not useful |

But if they think that's suffering, wait till they're a bit older and coughing, gagging and gasping for air through their diseased tar-filled lungs, or trying to choke down a morsel of food or get a sip of water past the huge, festering cancerous tumour that was once their larynx. There's enough medical evidence that smoking kills and information freely available on the subject everywhere you look. If you choose to take up smoking you'll most likely regret it one way or another eventually - if you don't die of a smoking-related illness, you'll at least waste a small fortune over your lifetime on those little white sticks you put in your mouth then set fire to. | | | 0 people found this opinion useful | | 1 people found this opinion not useful |
