I am and have been battling with my weight for what seems like years, i have now joined a slimming group to help me ,but given the choice and the money i would not hesitate to have the operation as my weight issues have dominated a goog part of my life ,i know that it is seen as an easy option but i have tried many times to loose weight but have failed because of depression and i know about that vicious circle of eating to make you feel better then eating again because you feel guilty but unless you have been there you will not understand
